Shipping policy

Shipping costs (including statutory value added tax)

All orders are shipped with DHL including tracking.

Deliveries within Germany:
Shipping costs are €4.90.
For orders of €49 or more, we deliver free of charge within Germany.

Deliveries within the European Union:
Shipping costs are a flat €4.90 for all EU countries.
For orders of €49 or more, we deliver free of charge within the EU.

Deliveries to Switzerland
Shipping costs to Switzerland are CHF 6.90. Customs clearance is handled by the recipient.

For orders of CHF 60 or more, we deliver to Switzerland free of charge. Any applicable customs duties and import fees shall be borne by the recipient.

Deliveries to Norway and the Faroe Islands
Shipping costs are NOK 119 (Norway) and DKK 74 (Faroe Islands). Customs clearance is handled by the recipient; any applicable customs duties and import fees shall be borne by the recipient.

Delivery times
Unless a different period is stated in the respective offer, goods are delivered within Germany within 1–3 days, to EU countries within 3–7 days, and to other countries (Switzerland, Norway, Faroe Islands) within 5–10 days of the conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, from the date of your payment instruction).

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one joint shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time.
