Shipping policy

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

All shipments are sent with DHL including track and trace.

Deliveries within Germany:
The shipping costs amount to 4.90 euros.
From an order value of 49 euros we deliver within Germany free of shipping charges.

Deliveries to the European Union:
The shipping costs amount to a uniform 4.90 euros.
From an order value of 49 euros we deliver within the EU free of shipping charges.

Deliveries to Switzerland
The shipping costs to Switzerland amount to 5.90 CHF. Customs clearance is carried out by the recipient.

From an order value of 60 CHF we deliver to Switzerland free of shipping charges. Any customs duties and import charges incurred shall be borne by the recipient.

Deliveries to Norway and to the Faroe Islands
The shipping costs amount to 119 NOK (Norway) or 74 DKK (Faroe Islands) respectively. Customs clearance is carried out by the recipient; any customs duties and import charges incurred shall be borne by the recipient.

Delivery periods
Unless a different period is stated in the respective offer, delivery of the goods takes place domestically (Germany) within 1–3 days, for deliveries to the EU within 3–7 days, and for other deliveries abroad (Switzerland, Norway, Faroe Islands) within 5–10 days after conclusion of the contract (where advance payment has been agreed, after the point in time of your payment instruction).

Please note that no delivery takes place on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will dispatch the goods in a single consignment, unless we have made differing arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
