A. Right of Withdrawal Information

Introduction

Consumers have a right of withdrawal on the following terms, whereby consumers means any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes which are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activities:

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item of goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (wb daily care GmbH, Joachim Ringelnatz Weg, 10, 14532 Stahnsdorf, Germany, Tel.: 015784769177, E-Mail: cs@dentafari.com) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or by e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the enclosed model withdrawal form for this purpose, but you are not required to do so.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online on the website at the Internet address https://www.dentafari.com/. If you use this online function, you will be provided immediately with a confirmation of receipt on a permanent medium (e.g. by e-mail) containing information about the contents of the withdrawal declaration and the date and time of its receipt.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs which result from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery from the most cost-effective standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any case not later than fourteen days after the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we shall use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances shall you be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case not later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

We shall bear the costs of returning the goods.

You shall only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary for examining the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal has been removed after delivery.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who are not resident in a Member State of the European Union at the time of conclusion of the contract and whose sole place of residence and delivery address at the time of conclusion of the contract are outside the European Union.

General Information

1) Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods to us in original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. If necessary, use protective packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with appropriate packaging.
2) Please do not return the goods to us carriage unpaid.
3) Please note that the aforementioned points 1-2 are not a requirement for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
